Lady is ready for her forever homeLady came to us after being hit by a car. Initial x-rays did not show her back was broken. She was later reevaluated and spent the next 9 weeks in a plaster cast. Lady has been cleared to move to her forever home and is grateful she is no longer confined.Lady loves her people, belly rubs, and pets. Toys are a must. Lady is super smart, active, friendly, house trained, crate trained, and knows sit and down. Treat motivated. She is dog and kid friendly. However, because of the back injury she should not live a life of twisting and turning. A home as an only dog or with an older dog would work best. More work is needed when walking on a leash since she does pull and she needs to work on stay/place. (She will most likely pick these skills quickly. We have not been working of these skills since allowing her to heal.)Lady is approximately 1 year old. Breed is unknown. It was first believed that she was a collie / sheltie mix.
